Create a user name and enter your email address and a strong password and click on signup. You will then automatically log into your customer account.

The left corner you will find login and this is when you already have an account with u so you can login from there directly.

Shipping Costs

  • Globronic.com is an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of goods between Sellers and customers directly.
  • As such, each seller sets their own shipping costs and all costs will be detailed at the checkout. If you purchase from multiple sellers, you will see a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs by seller.Delivery
    • Each Seller is responsible for setting their own shipping prices, terms and policies. They are also responsible for shipping the product directly to you, the customer. Globronic.com does not have any involvement or responsibility with regard to delivery.
    • Each Seller chooses their method of shipment. Tracking information may not be available for every order but if it is available, a note will be added to your order once it is shipped with the tracking details.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, each seller on our Website operates an independent delivery system. Accordingly, if you purchase multiple products on our Website from different Sellers, the deliveries will be made to you separately.
    • You will find specific Shipping Policies on each product page under the Shipping Tab for more information on how the product will be sent to you. See image below

Disputes

In the event that there is an issue with delivery, you must liaise directly with the seller through the Get Support Function.

Each Vendor on Globronic.com sets their own returns policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the seller.

Refunds will not be given on customised or personalised goods made to the specification of and on the request of the customer.

Steps


  • If you wish to return a product to a Seller, please get in touch with the Seller directly through the Get Support function.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging, unworn or undamaged.
  • Each vendor will have their full returns policy visible on each product on their store.

In the event that you cancel your order and return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the vendor is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you.

Once you have created a customer account, each Seller can be contacted directly through the 'Get Support/Contact Vendor' Button on their Seller Store page. You can access the Seller Store through the following routes:

  • From the Product Screen
  • From your Order Email

A: From a Product Screen:

On every product screen, under the name of the product, you will see who is selling the product. Please click the name of the Seller and you will be brought to their full store page. Once on their store page, please click 'get support/contact vendor' icon to send a message to the Seller.

B: From your Order email

On every order confirmation email, you will see full details of the products purchased, the prices and more importantly the Seller name. The Seller name in your order name will be shown as a green clickable link. This link will bring you directly to the Seller store page

 

 


How to Contact

On each Seller Store page, you will see the Get Support Function. Please ensure you are logged into your customer account and then select 'Get Support'.

This will allow you to send a message directly to the Seller and all replies will be found in your Customer Dashboard under the 'Seller Support Requests' tab.

Globronic.com accepts all major debit or credit cards through our Stripe powered checkout.

At present, we do not accept Paypal

Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses. When a customer buys a product online, the funds need to be delivered to the seller and Stripe facilitates this transaction. Our Checkout is powered by stripe to ensure the highest level of security available.

You can be assured that you payment details are safe with stripe, as they have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist.

Once you place an order through Globronic.com, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email and a receipt email from Stripe for your payment stating that your order is now processing.

  • Your order email will detail each product you purchased, the seller you purchased from will be visible in a yellow hyperlink under each product name on your order email.
  • Your shipping costs will also be detailed in your order email.
  • The Seller will be informed of your order once place, and will begin processing your order.
  • Once the Seller has finished processing your order, they will mark the order as completed, indicating that the product is now been dispatched. If a tracking number is available, it will be added as a note to the order at this stage.

Note: If you order from multiple Sellers in one order, they will each send you a 'completed' order email to confirm that they have finished processing and confirm that the package is now on the way.

Note: When you process an order, you enter into a contract with the Seller directly for the provision of the goods. www.globronic.com is not a party to this contract. Orders are binding when an order confirmation is received by you from the relevant Seller. If for any reason the Seller is unable to accept your order, they will notify you of the unavailability of the goods. You can then cancel the agreement and the Seller will refund you in full. You have a right to cancel your order for a period of 14 days and to obtain a full refund.

If you have a problem with the service provided to you by a vendor or any product which you purchase, we recommend that you submit the complaint to your vendor directly via the vendor page. Please create a customer account and contact the Vendor through the Get Support Function.

If the Vendor does not respond to your complaint, please contact us at support@globronic.com and we will endeavour to assist you.

For the avoidance of doubt however the matter of cancelation of the contract or any refund or dispute in respect of the product must be dealt with directly with the vendor with whom you have entered into the contract for the sale of the goods.

If your complaint is not related to a purchase on the site, please email support@globronic.com and we will handle your complaint and provide a resolution within 28 days of receipt of this complaint.
